Regular meetings are held monthly on a Saturday afternoon in the Conference Room. A short business meeting is usually conducted beginning at 1:30 p.m. and is followed by the scheduled educational program and socializing, ending by about 3:30 p.m. The meeting schedule and program titles can be found on the “Events” tab.

The May meeting will be on Saturday, May 9, 2026 from 1:30-3:30 p.m. at the Parker Library in the second floor Conference Room. Member Ron Springsteen will give a presentation about his relative who served in WWII. There is no cost to attend and all are welcome!
Recent Events…
Our April program featured a presentation by Robert Guy and four other Sons of the American Revolution entitled Hands On History: America 250 Years Ago. We learned about the grievances which led to the Bill of Rights and about the tensions in communities and families over taking sides, Loyalist or Patriot.
A new Secretary and a new Treasurer were elected to the Board at the March 2026 meeting. Welcome Carole Taylor and Ron Springsteen! And a big thank you for stepping up to serve our society!
In the first quarter of 2026, members of our group performed genealogical research on the William H. Reynolds family who homesteaded in Parker in the 1880’s. This was a special project that we were invited to participate in. It was a pleasure to provide the current owner of the homestead with information about the family that lived there over 100 years ago!
